Privacy statement

Short and readable: which data we process, why, and what your rights are.

This is a translation of our Dutch privacy statement. In the event of any difference in interpretation, the Dutch version prevails.

Who we are

Vogel Visibility is a trade name of Neverrest B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 24271225. Contact: stefan@vogelvisibility.com.

Which data we process

If you request the free Visibility Scan, we process the details you fill in yourself: your website address, email address, and optionally your search terms and telephone number. If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message.

What we use them for

Solely to carry out your request and to communicate with you about our services. We do not send newsletters, we do not make sales calls and we do not sell data to third parties.

Where your data is held

Our website runs at Kinsta (hosting under EU rules through a data processing agreement). Email runs through Microsoft 365. Appropriate processing agreements are in place with both parties.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Any functional storage serves only to make the site work.

Retention periods

We keep request and email data for as long as needed for our services and for the statutory (tax) retention obligation of 7 years for administration. Requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted after 12 months at the latest.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can object to processing. Email stefan@vogelvisibility.com for that. If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
