What does AI say about your business?
Customers also put their questions to AI. We check whether your business is mentioned, whether the information is correct and which sources are used in the process.
Includes a look at your AI visibility.
One question, three things to look out for
Where can I go in Alphen aan den Rijn with a sports injury?
There are several sports physiotherapy practices in Alphen aan den Rijn. Fysio Hartveld focuses on athletes and HYROX training1. Most practices will see you without a referral2.
1 fysiohartveld.nl · 2 a healthcare portal
Fysio Hartveld is a fictional practice. This answer was written to show what we look out for.
Does your business appear in the answer? And for which questions?
Does the answer refer to your website, or to another source about you?
Are your name, your services and your details correct in what is said about you?
Those are three different findings. There is no fixed AI ranking. You can be mentioned without being linked to. The reverse is also possible.
What do we work on?
Useful answers on your site
Pages that clearly answer your customers’ questions, as readable text.
Accessible technology
A site that search engines and AI services can fetch and read without difficulty.
Accurate business information
The same name, services, address and opening hours on your website and your profiles. Mentions in trustworthy places can help, but cannot be guaranteed.
A snapshot, not a fixed position
The question, the moment, the location and the search feature being used all affect the outcome. Not every answer comes from a live web search.
In the scan we put our own questions to several AI assistants and note the source and date. In the research we go deeper. Three months after the build we take a brief look back. We do not offer ongoing AI monitoring.
Frequently asked questions
Is AI more important than Google?
That depends on your customers. Many people still simply search on Google, which also shows AI answers itself. We look at both.
Do I need a special file, such as llms.txt?
Not for Google’s AI features. The usual SEO principles apply there. For other AI services we have not found a reliable source showing that they use such a file. That is why we do not sell it as a necessary measure.
Can you guarantee that AI will mention me?
No. We can improve the conditions, such as clear content, good technology and correct details. What an AI assistant answers is up to the assistant itself.
What applies to Google is set out in AI features and your website (Google Search Central). That only concerns Google.
